Training

From coached track workouts to group runs, BL Running offers diverse sessions for all levels. Whether you're aiming to improve or just enjoy a run with friends, we’ve got you covered.

Our training schedule is designed to cater to all levels and keep our community active throughout the week. We have coached track athletics sessions every Wednesday evening, where you can hone your speed and technique. On Saturdays, we attend our local Mile End parkrun as a team, and Sundays are reserved for long runs followed by coffee and brunch—because recovery is just as important as the run! Beyond these sessions, we maintain an active community with additional group runs and conditioning sessions scheduled at various times to fit around your busy schedule.

Meet Our Coach

I am UKA qualified & have coached beginners taking on their first ever 5k, through to elite level runners, & believe running should be accessible for everyone! I’m Head of Product for a running community called ‘The Say Yes Club’, a weekly run club that takes on movement focused challenges, from the Sierra Leone Marathon to back to back half marathons! Through this I’ve helped lead running focused retreats in Ibiza as well as corporate run clubs.

I’m a running coach & runner support lead at Coopah, the official training partner of the TCS London Marathon. I've written on subjects such as fuelling & racing tips, & deliver workshops on running technique & pacing. I have previously worked with The Running Channel & have paced official races such as The Big Half. I’m a qualified personal trainer, & use these skills to help runners improve their strength & conditioning, as well as form.

I’ve been a competitive runner since the age of 12, & have raced 100m through to the marathon distance. I love seeing people reach their potential, & always strive to hit a balance between focused training & having a good time!
